Notes:
1) During the installation process of TEC, it is necessary to pay attention to the new resistance introduced by the external electrical structure. If the new resistance exceeds 10% of the TEC resistance, it is necessary to calibrate I -V curve again.
2) It is recommended to connect the TEC with small connection resistance. If welding is required, short-circuit grounding protection is required. The welding temperature should be controlled within 250℃ and the welding time should be controlled within 10s.
3) The relation between the temperature and the resistance in each node interval of the temperature monitoring module can be approximately equally compared to a first-order linear function, and the resistance value corresponding to the preset temperature can be estimated according to the needs.
4) Before tuning on TEC, it must be confirmed that the temperature monitoring module is working normally. The heat dissipation surface is in sufficient contact with the heat sink device. The size of heat dissipation surface needs to be bigger than the required one, and the heat sink device is working normally. It’s forbidden to turn on TEC without installing a heat sink device or the heat sink device is not working.
5) When the TEC is on for the first time, the current or voltage should be gradually loaded from 0A or 0V, and monitoring the temperature change until the preset temperature is reached.
6) Since the performance of the detector is affected by the temperature, be sure to turn on TEC until the temperature is stable before turning on the detector, and it is not recommended that the detector work in an environment of temperature change.
7) When the detector is not working, please turn off TEC to extend the service life of TEC.
8) The cooling and heating performance of the detector is related to the ambient temperature, power supply performance, and heat dissipation state, and it is recommended to carry out a reasonable combination of the heat dissipation system according to its operation environment and the performance requirements.
